Are tickets required for entry to the competition?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but they are free! Seating is first-come-first-served, with the exception of some reserved seating.

Do donations count as a ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. Though donations are greatly appreciated and help to keep these events free & open to the public, you should select the correct amount of tickets for you/your attending party in the Tickets section.

What do I show at the door?

Accepted Answer

Please have your printed or online ticket(s) ready when you get there. Please keep in mind that each person has a separate ticket/QR code that you must present. If you lose your ticket, please tell the attendant your first and last name.

If I registered and can no longer attend, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel out your free ticket order. This helps our ticket management process and eases the check-in process for attendants and guests the day of.

No flash photography. We love for you to capture and share your experience, but we do ask that you be conscientious of others and the artists during the performance so as not to disrupt the competition.

Masks/social distancing is not currently required at the venue, but can be subject to change. We will notify you of any change.
